The smelter uses Top Blown Rotary Converter (Kaldo) as its main furnace, which allows flexibility in usage of raw materials. The capacity of plant is 50,000 MT per annum of Copper cathodes conforming to LME Grade A specification and additional 20,000 MTA of Copper Anodes.

1) Recruitment

Searching suitable resumes through Job Portals, advertising etc. conducting walk-in interviews, dealing coordination with placement consultant.

I have to coordinate my HOD and help to Man power planning and reference checking from past employer.
