Direct oversight and responsibility for the Annual Operating Plan Budget (AOP) and three-year Strategic (STRAT) Plan, including presenting the AOP and STRAT Plan Presentations to the Executive Management Teams of the Parent Company.

Developed a Strategic Initiative Tracker and corresponding financial modeling to ensure alignment and implementation of goals and strategy across the company’s regions and business lines.
