I have finalised bachelor engineering degree in electromechanical engineering at university of Lubumbashi (1998/2002).

I am currently enrolled student in bachelor technology degree at university of South Africa in industrial engineering with the subsequent passed modules: Production technology, project engineering, logistics engineering, quality assurance, entrepreneurship, dynamic systems.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

FAW 2016-2018 position of boilermaker, welder and fitter

Fabrication of numerous components of trucks exclusively dump bodies, arms securing bars, tail panel, sub frame, chassis, several kind of trailers, and mixer‘s drum and its accessories.

Assembling of sub frame on chassis and hydraulic cylinder (actuator) on sub frame and also the bump bodies or mixer’s drum and its accessories

SWIFTPOT 2013-2016 position boilermaker and fitter

Pressure vessel fabrication:

Seizing of the plate; rolling of shaped plate to form a cylinder by means of plate rolling machine, forming of pressure vessel cover heads. We were welding along seam of cylinder and the head to the cylinder. We were cutting of holes for nozzles by plasma cutting or cutting torch and installing of nozzles. Placing of structural supports and fitting devices. Test concerning divers criteria.

Fabrication of boilers:

Seizing of the plate; rolling of shaped plate to form a cylinder by means of plate rolling machine. The cylinder may be welded along to form the drum/shell. We were machining of tubes plates and boiler tubes in the way to make the network of tubes (fire tubes boiler and water tubes boiler) that can be joined together to the drum/shell.

And the fabrication of pipes

Seizing of the plates; rolling of shaped plates to form the cylinders by means of plate rolling machine. The cylinders are fabricating by means of welding process according to the desired length of the pipe.

GLOBAL ENGINEERING&MINING 2011-2013 position of boilermaker and fitter

Maintenance and repairing of belt conveyor system, buckets’ elevator system, vibrating screens, feeders, chutes, crushers, washing thickeners, leaching agitation tank, magnetic drums, magnetic separators, concentrating tables, flotation cells, classifiers, and Mills.

We were sizing and fitting of column Beams, transversal beams, top hats, z-purlins, eave purlins, Haunch brackets, inner haunch brackets, apex braces, Knee braces, fly bracing, cross bracing and rafters, etc…
