World Changers College Park, GA 2006-2010
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Responsible for recruiting and training teachers and volunteers to teach children ages 0 through 10. Manages approx. 70 volunteers and serves more than 300 children in a month. Traveled across United States to train volunteers to become youth church teachers.
Planed and facilitated weekly orientations and staff meetings. Develops reports, curriculums, training, and activities.
Oversees department budgets and ordering, classrooms and office operations. Coordinates church and community events. Prepares payroll, receipts, and assist children's Director as needed.
