Responsibilities included all Scrum Master role duties: conduct daily scrum calls/meetings (included
international development teams), managed all risks, issues and dependencies (internal and external to

Selected as IT Project Manager to direct large-scale, 5-year, $18 million bank branch automation project
which included four hundred branches throughout NC. The project automated teller, customer service and
loan origination operations at the branch level and required integration planning and implementation with
mergers of acquired banks during roll-out to branches.
