ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision of machine & line operators by solving line related problem.
Daily monitoring OEE & PPM with in process defects .
Set up and changeovers related to CNC Machining, Deburring Centre & assembly line.
Responsible for quality (Yield) and quantity (Productivity) from machining, deburring center & assembly line.
Preparation & supervision of standard operating procedures. (SOP/quality/ process instructions)
Responsible for application of safety/ delivery standards and EHS
Supervision of material flow (KANBAN System).

Sound knowledge in 8D Problem solving method, PSS, Quality alerts, FMEA.
Familiar with QC tool and other quality related tool.
Basic knowledge about PPAP, SPC, MSA, PDCA.
Knowledge of Process control plan, Quality plan, and other documentation.
Knowledge about GD&T, awareness about drawing reading, manufacturing processes.

Cost reduction for SPM resulted in overall cost reduction in spare parts up to 30%
PPM Reduction- Successfully reduced PPM from 2890 to 659 with help of 7QC tools and operator training.
Able to train 6 operators up to expert level in year 2019 within 8 months.
Time Study: With help of time study, successfully reduced unwanted movements, decreased cycle time up to 14% in case of assembly line.
