IntellaLend IDC:
This comprises of the OCR document management module with standard capability to classify and extract documents, manage batch workflow processing and standard reports. The following specific requirements are identified for this project.
Classification and extraction of up to 70 document types using the MTS Document Library.
Integration with Encompass LOS to compare the extracted data against the data in Encompass.
Loan Document Management:
Integration with Encompass LOS to download loan files for processing.
Ad hoc file upload to drop trailing documents into a loan object.
Prioritization of loan files for assignment to OCR processing.
Configuration of the loan types, service types and business rules.
Configuration of one checklist and stacking order per loan type.
Configuration of document retention policy.

UHS America is a web based application to process the mortgage loan document types. It identifies the breakdown of the high-level scope items that are specific to UHS.

The Bulk Export Agent And Manager Module is a windows service based application to export data and images from OnBase. A date range is specified for each document type to retrieve documents within a document date range. The documents are exported in the native format with ALL keyword values stored in OnBase. The output location is configurable. The configurations are document type specific and are stored as Export Jobs in the database.

Project : Allies
Allies (Scheduling Management) is a web based application for managing well planned staffing, training, scheduling management and changes based on events. Allies is for the program creation, schedule development, management of the staffing plan and handling change requests. The scheduling management solution is envisaged to provide the functionality to import existing program and associated schedule definitions, define new programs,build a weekly schedule based on the program definition, allow staffing assignment and incorporate change requests to the schedule. The solution will also integrate with Prime Point to import employee, training and leave of absence information as well as to facilitate validation of the time entry against scheduled tasks.

Project : Roche
Roche USA is windows service based application for processing of transition from the OnBase ECM platform to another archive solution as a result of an enterprise acquisition. The service provides the ability to extract Human Resource documents (and associated meta-data) from OnBase, re-group them into new categories and export keywords (meta-data) into a comma delimited flat file.

Project : Five Below
Five Below is a windows service based application to process both PO and Non-PO based invoices resulting in the update to their ERP systems. The front end process involves scanning and importing the invoices from the corporate head office. OnBase modules will be used for this purpose. Next, the IDC process will be automatically initiated to capture invoice header information from the images. Data from staging ERP database will be used for lookup, validation and data completion. A workflow process will be built that will route the invoices through the appropriate business processes necessary for the classification, extraction of data, exception handling, matching, review/approval and GL coding steps. Approved invoices will be exported into a CSV file.

Project : StoneMor
StoneMor is a web based application to reduce processing costs of client payments through automation and centralization, reduce external bank fees and increase funds availability by consolidating bank accounts and improves customer service at remote branch locations. Remote Branch Capture project will include an Electronic Check Capture solution with document scanners installed in all remote field locations. The solution will also capture invoices at remote field locations for accounts payable processing at central site. This requirements document focuses on identifying and capturing the Remote Branch Capture project requirements.
StoneMor s approximate 360 Field Offices will have remote capture solution installed to automate transaction processing.
