Tradesmen/Strata/Crowder: Solar Energy June 2016-Present
Working together to bring solar energy to communities around the eastern side of the U.S. I was a lead man over a group of electricians to set up solar panels generated by a transformer an inverter to control solar panels to convert to everyday energy. From start which consisted of duct bank pulling ground/insulated AC wire and lots of PVC piping to finish terminating to control wires/combiner boxes to hooks/straps. I worked on heavy equipment such as heavy loader {lool}/skitsteer forklift/ wacker. Responsible for hand out and logout of company tools. Handled all paperwork for five employee’s daily jobs and made sure to report all safety accidents.
QA/Lab/Sanitation Supervisor: Trinity Frozen Foods August 2013-May 2016
Supervisor in a microbiologist/chemist lab, reading plates and testing product. Duties included environmental swabs and listeria testing in-house. Assisted production when needed/over the quality control over the main line. Collected in house samples to be sent off to Microbac to be crosschecked. Other duties included conducting thermometer/metal detector/scale calibrations, ordering supplies and chemicals for lab as well as stocking and inventory. Performed titrations, pH meter, peroxidase, FFA test, refractometry and water moisture analyzing test. Maintained sanitation of machines, pods, and food utensils. Performed swab-testing (pre-op) machines for microbes to ensure machines were ready for next day production.
