Managing professionally a portfolio composed of >30 outlets and 50 Pharmacist Maximize the potential of Area Managers and Pharmacists through performance management, Coaching and Identifying development opportunities to ensure all pharmacies are staffed correctly including succession Planning and ongoing monitoring of manpower planning. Provide input to the Commercial Director in terms of Employee management and performance, P&L management, operational guidelines and compliance by:
1- Conducting regular field visits to see first-hand what is happening on the ground
2- Performing the first review of the KPIs (e.g. Sales; Costs; Performance; Customer Service) Mystery Shopper of Kunooz Pharmacies
