Description : Maybank Rewards System (MRS) to enable Maybank to leverage of the OneLoyalty solution capabilities.

The core purpose of MRS is to facilitate the execution of reward campaigns. A campaign is defined as a business objective. Campaign objectives typically are achieved through execution of one or more business rules. The business rule settings in MRS are configured as “Campaign Rules” or Rules, and each Rule is set up to optionally give a reward which is assigned to a “Reward Pool. Performed IVR, ATM and Web testing for redemption of points flows.

The Rule Engine layer comprises the Transaction Processing modules and the objects containing business logic for all data processing in MRS, e.g. awards and redeems, membership management, catalogue item management, etc. This layer also handles all transaction logging and manages reversals and roll-backs.
