I was lead teacher in the classroom for the two year old age group. My duties included, but were not limited to child care and education based on developmentally appropriate practice, and state or federal regulations, light janitorial duties, and written and verbal communication with children, parents and fellow staff. During my employment at HBK, I also worked with all other age groups from six weeks of age through twelve years of age. I received the Teacher of the Month award as well. Currently I manage the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. I also substitute in classrooms, and cover teacher lunches and breaks as needed.
