Professional Experience
Professional Administrative Assistant: Executive assistant with experience in formatting & editing (letters, memos, reports & presentations). I use my independent judgment to compose executive documents and work daily with confidential materials.
Payroll & Billings: Maintain billing and payroll with 20 employees. Coordinating client billing by liaising with the financial management group to process Work in process (WIP) system reports, tracking expenses, drafting and finalizing invoices, time transfers and bank deposits.
