Role Involves:-

Study and analysis Steam Trap audit in Bharat Oman Refineries ltd

Rectification and sustenance.

Excel and word report For Phase I, II and III.

Commissioning activities of - Static Equipment’s i.e. Pipelines, Pumps and Valves Storage Tanks, etc.

Monitoring of Process parameters

Issuing permits according to the nature of the work

Maintaining optimum conditions on running plant

Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedure, work permit procedure

Adjust manually a variety of valves and switches governing rates of flow of fluids or gases and levels, pressure, temperature and chemical to ensure the correct output of specified products

Maintenance Service -IOCL Mathura Refinery, B.O.R.L Static Equipment’s Maintenance Service.

According to the nature of the work Intermediate tanks Maintenance Service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out independently various adjustments, line-up systems for day to day operations activities, such as transfers, addition of chemicals, diversion of products out at battery limits, report control room immediately of anomalies or difficulties in operations

Mechanical Maintenance like to - Steam Trap Maintenance, Heat Exchanger, Pump Maintenance, Column, Vessel, Heater, Valve, Compressor Etc.

Issuing permits according to the nature of the work

Carries out the required activities as directed during shut down and start-up

Making of Punch points list & rectification of the points in Co-Ordination with Maintenance

Inspection of equipments in association with Inspection Personnel.
