Product Owner of a SCRUM development team that built and maintained a renown Telecommunications Company eCommerce site (VTR, Chile market share 38%). The team is composed of Front-End Engineers working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Vue.js onshore and offshore backend engineers working on Java (Oracle Commerce)/JavaScript/NodeJs located in Chengdu, China. Designed and built several workflows for the digital area, that optimized the development of content requests, shortening SLAs by half. Designed and delivered the online sale solution for the mobile data plans and devices department, that resulted on an increase of more than 50% sales in 3 months.

Designed and delivered the Anti Money Laundry software used by Santiago Branch that adjusted to comply to the latest OFAC standards and European regulations. Built all the branch reporting within SQL server and Insight, this led to improve general managing of the Operations and Treasury departments.
