Lockheed Martin Corp., Niagara Falls, NY 2007 – 2013
Project Manager
Successfully managed four multi-million dollar Gravity Gradiometer Sensor System programs through proposal, design and build. Duties include program capture management, direct responsibility for overall program performance, status reporting to senior management and customer interface. All programs were planned, developed and executed in compliance with Lockheed Martin’s Program Performance Management Process (PPMP). The PPMP flow includes program organization (SOW WBS IMP), planning, scheduling (IMS), analysis and management reporting (EVMS). Programs were a mixture of commercial and Government contracts including secret classification. Functional reports: Six Engineers and four Technicians.
Accomplishments:
Developed innovative new tools to aid in program tracking / analysis.
Assigned to $11M program already in progress but three months behind schedule and yellow status. Drove program to green within four months.
Designed / developed the power and distribution subsystem for the Enhanced Full Tensor Gradiometer.
Responsible for proposing and executing product improvements for customer-owned systems. Involved creating estimates and schedules, resource planning, initiating procurements, managing program execution and providing status to the customer. These duties were in addition to the Program Manager tasks as described above.
Proposed and delivered $2M worth of business.
