JOB DESCRIPTION

ADMINISTRATIVE:

Have organized, directed and supervised the nursing services for smooth functioning in accordance with the prevalent hospital policies.

Ensured appropriate allocations of duties & responsibilities to all nursing officers as per their appointments.

Formulated policies to ensure quality patient care in concurrence with the commandant.

Ensured high standards of discipline among students and nursing officers.

Promoted and maintained effective and harmonious relationship with all admdepts and civil agencies.

Conducts monthly conferences with senior Nursing Staff.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL:

Initiated annual confidential reports of nursing officers very judiciously
