Managing the plants spare parts fast moving equipment, by doing weekly counts for the objects needed in order for the machines to run smoothly as well as counting consumables stock used by technicians in the day to day work

Managing and coordinating the plants monthly stock taking

Doing daily checks of stock taken out at the end of each day

Checking if a reservation has been received in full and then taking this to the finance office

Allocating bin location for stock/ equipment received on SAP system, and putting the new information on SAP and sending a new location report to my manager

Compiling all stock take reports on plant equipment and creating a spreadsheet report, emailing by report to my manager

Doing monthly stock taking on all the equipment on the plant, checking previous spread sheet and verifying if the correct data was entered, this done by checking the current ERSA number, bin location and quantity of equipment matches with what is on the system

Creating new bin locations and requesting ERSA numbers for stock that does not have any and also capturing that on the new spreadsheet

Receiving incoming stock delivered, matching the invoice with the purchase order on the system

Capturing goods received in the store on SAP, scanning and attaching invoices/delivery notes to the goods received numbers on SAP

Placing the goods in the right location

Asking Production Manager’s signature and approval of amount and stock received verification

Stamping invoice showing that everything has been received in full and taking it to the finance office

Receiving incoming stock and stock delivery notes, capturing goods received invoice on SAP software

Scanning invoices and liaising with the finance department

Calculating contractors time and attendance, checking correspondence with contractors pay slips
