11/15-present: Store Manager, Hampton, VA.

Responsibilities include:

Leading a team of associates to achieve all company designated sales, script shrink and customer service goals. Also, ensuring that all company driven programs are implemented properly and timely.

Hiring, training and developing that team to assume positions of increasing responsibility within the organization.

Coach and counsel associates on performance, attendance and policies to ensure a properly operating business unit.

Coordinate and conduct internal investigations for problems such as associate theft and policy violations involving operational losses.

Investigate and interview associates suspected of internal theft or fraud.

Implement company loss prevention programs to reduce loss; maintain inventory control and increase safety.

Identify potential for loss and develop strategies to eliminate it.

Perform and directly inventory investigations in response to shrink results outside of acceptable planned ranges.

Train Asset Protection staff, Store Managers, Pharmacy Managers and all other store associates on asset protect/loss prevention control measures.

Hire, train and supervise store Asset Protection Agents.

Monitor compliance to operational, safety and inventory control procedures including physical security standards at each store.

Visit stores ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities included:

Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance procedures are being followed.

Provide associates training on compliance related topics, policies and procedures.

Conduct and ensure all physical inventory prep measures were in place to achieve a positive inventory count.

Work with inventory crew chief to ensure all inventory day issues were corrected and physical inventory counting standards were in place and being followed.
