EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

11/15-present: Store Manager, Hampton, VA.

Responsibilities include:

Leading a team of associates to achieve all company designated sales, script shrink and customer service goals. Also, ensuring that all company driven programs are implemented properly and timely.

Hiring, training and developing that team to assume positions of increasing responsibility within the organization.

Coach and counsel associates on performance, attendance and policies to ensure a properly operating business unit.

Investigate and interview associates suspected of internal theft or fraud.

Implement company loss prevention programs to reduce loss; maintain inventory control and increase safety.

Perform and directly inventory investigations in response to shrink results outside of acceptable planned ranges.
