Description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle Responsibilities and Duties Performed:-

This position also interacts daily with the Technicians, Parts, Warranty, Floor in charge and Service Managers, just to name a few.

Ascertain automotive services by listening to customer's description of concerns; clarifying maintenance records.

Verify warranty and vehicle conditions explain to customers

Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.

Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, required repairs and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval on estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.

Look after Business targets and ensure to achieve targets smoothly by planning and adopting necessary action plans.

Assist other team members whenever necessary in critical situations or issues to ensure customer satisfaction and delighters.

Conduct daily meetings with team members on Business achievements, service award parameters and customer issues & countermeasures taken and report directly to division head.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
