Artificial Neural Network (ANN) was implemented to model batch adsorption process.

ANN was used to model the equilibrium and kinetics of single and multicomponent systems.

Performance of ANN was benchmarked against popular models.

Optimal process conditions were obtained by using the global optimization techniques.

Synthesis and study of adsorption capacity of Activated carbon from natural waste materials-rice husk, ground nut shell, coconut shell, Corncobs.

Comparison of properties of Activated carbon was done using CHNS and Proximate analysis, Particle size analysis and SEM.

Comparison of efficiency of Activated carbon by removing Potassium permanganate dye, used in various industries
