WORK EXPERIENCE

• Working Jr. IPQC officer at Hitech bioscience India ltd. pune. From February 2017 To till now.

Responsibility:

Preparatory work for seed development.

Autoclave validation, calibration of various instrument, equipments.

Preparation preservation and validation stock.

Actual seed development according to batch. (cryovial to flask level)

In process sample analysis. (sporulating and non sporulating)

To follow GLP, GDP, DAR as per system.

Media preparation.

Fumigation in micro lab.

Preparation of control culture and chemical required for micro lab section.

Maintaining all log book and documents related department.

Analysis of in process as well as water system at various specified points.

Monitoring of various parameters such as temperature air pressures in different area.

To help sop preparation and review.

Environmental monitoring.

Daily calibration -Analytical balance, pH meter.

Monthly calibration – Analytical balance, micropipette, water bath calibration.

Growth promoting inhibitory test.

Swab testing of clean, unclean equipment.
