Call Center / Mortgages Transfer Agent -National Mortgage Guides / June 2015 to December 2016 National Mortgage Guides is in the business of contacting potential clients, who are interested in refinancing their current mortgage, or to purchase a home through FHA. We also do HARP and Reverse Mortgages. Duties Include: Administrative, scheduling, accepting inbound and outbound warm targeted leads, in which we confirm the information provided on the form we receive via regular mail, email or online to make sure the customer is still interested in our product. If so, I'm responsible for transferring the customer to the lender. Thereafter, I get paid. Software used is vicihost and xlite using my own computer systems Windows 7 and 8, in which I'm hardwired, landline using a headset in my home office, which is quiet, and I own ALL my own office equipment, such as; fax, copier, scanner, etc.

As far as the message service, we accepted message for all type of companies, in which, we would take very detailed messages then we'd deliver the message to the client, which is determined upon the type of membership the client joined. We handled dissatisfied customers, which lead to logging in complaints, opening trouble tickets and dispatching the proper departments, and in the meantime, provided problem solving techniques, along with finding solutions to their problems. We even did wake-up calls, along with being an alarm to remind professionals to take a break from their busy schedules to take their medications, etc., and so much more.
