Freelance / Voice-Over Talent / December 2016 to Present Offering Professional Voice-Over Talent for a variety of voice projects, in which, I audition with companies, who are seeking someone to record their on-hold messages, set-up and record company voicemails, company voice greetings, IVR voice prompts, including narrating a presentation, which is used to record training manuals. Plus, I have my own studio that I work in every day, and I can deliver high quality voice-over talent to ALL business types, including music, and/or sound effects.

Call Center / Mortgages Transfer Agent -National Mortgage Guides / June 2015 to December 2016 National Mortgage Guides is in the business of contacting potential clients, who are interested in refinancing their current mortgage, or to purchase a home through FHA. We also do HARP and Reverse Mortgages. Duties Include: Administrative, scheduling, accepting inbound and outbound warm targeted leads, in which we confirm the information provided on the form we receive via regular mail, email or online to make sure the customer is still interested in our product. If so, I'm responsible for transferring the customer to the lender. Thereafter, I get paid. As far as the message service, we accepted message for all type of companies, in which, we would take very detailed messages then we'd deliver the message to the client, which is determined upon the type of membership the client joined. We handled dissatisfied customers, which lead to logging in complaints, opening trouble tickets and dispatching the proper departments, and in the meantime, provided problem solving techniques, along with finding solutions to their problems. We even did wake-up calls, along with being an alarm to remind professionals to take a break from their busy schedules to take their medications, etc., and so much more.

Duties include: Extensive high level of commitment, customer focus, persuasive, persistence, and taking catalog orders, via working from home making inbound and outbound calls special offers along with discounts to customers who shop from home, via catalogs for re-orders.
