MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Air Balancing of ERUs, AHUs, FCUs, SEF and SPF System as per Design requirement by using Technical Testing Devices.
Water Balancing of CHW Pumps, ERUs, AHUs, FCUs and CRAC Units as per Design requirement by using Technical Testing Devices.
Procurement of all the Equipment related to HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing System.
Approval of the submittals for Procurement of all HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Equipment.
Approval of Material Inspection Report (MIR) for Installation of related Equipment.
Approval of Request for Inspection (RFI) for Inspection of all the related Equipment installed in the Site.
Develop and manage relationships with key service providers including equipment overhaul/refurbishment and management of quality critical hold points.
Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and installation of all related Equipment.
Monitoring of contracts and critical activities procedures with construction team and Hold regular discussion and meetings with the supervision staff.
Preparation of the technical Datasheet for Procurement of the related Equipment.
Conduct site visits, as required with client to evaluate job scope
Preparation of detailed scope of works based upon the inputs from client and contract.
Calculating the quantity of all the related Equipment, Fittings, CHWS Pipes, HVAC Ducts, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps and support system etc. and making comparison with BOQ.
Marking of the HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing System in the Site in accordance with the Approved Engineering Drawings.
Installation of the HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing System in the building in accordance with the Approved Engineering Drawings. Supervision of Technical Work of installation of Piping, Air Handling Units AHUs, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), CRAC Units, DX Units, Valve & Specialties, Pumps and Utilities.
Ensuring that staff/workers following the HSE rules & regulation.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Participating in Client/Contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
Monitored and analyzed the progress of all the mechanical activities during the Project.
Conduct field walk-downs with area authority, performing authorities & craft(s) to establish an accurate task/material list.
Identify discrete, sequenced tasks with task duration at the craft level required to safely and efficiently execute work
Verify and assemble the Work Packs which include the work order, piping and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs), vendor information and other material and documentation as necessary.
