I also managed 4 warehouse employees who would check in the drivers at the end of the day. I was part dispatcher and part customer service representative on occasion.I would print out daily return manifests for all cargo the would be returned to the warehouse everyday. I would also enter. I would enter all deliveries due out the next morning. I would get 3 trailers of cargo to sure was sorted and routed on a daily basis that would be going out for the morning deliveries.
