CMM Programmer, Mississauga, ON 2014 – Present

Responsible for writing and modifying CMM programs and identify best inspection method (CMM or surface plate) based on part geometry and other variables.

Operate the CMM machinery and check the dimensional accuracy of different products, molds, components, components etc.

Record the inspection results and maintain log book of the same. Prepare repost for the products meeting standards and those failing the tests

Provide all CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and VMS (Vision Measurement System) part programs for inspection

Manage and maintain configuration of part programs of all measuring machines
