Job Responsibility:

Coordinate with operation department:-Pre site survey, arranging the manpower through recruitment team, training as per PASARA act in training academy, Deployment, Client relationship, Customer satisfaction, timely site training as per training calendar and manage day to day security operation activity.

Coordinate to H.R:- All compliance like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, Labor license renewal, Police verification, IR Issue etc..

Regular meeting with clients for performance feedback, Reviewing client feedback and developing solutions to improve service, delivery quality and create customer delight, Responding to client queries and concerns promptly

Coordinate with account department :- Timely wages, billing, collection, daily cash book, taxation, fund management, Accounting, credit control, P& L team

Coordinate to marketing: - Chasing the new prospective client, Government / State tender, Contract negotiation and rate renewal follow-up, price negotiation, site survey, C.S.F tracking, etc…
