●Basic Function:

Oversees all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Company standards, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. ●Management Critical Performance Area:

a)Planner >Develop and maintain a logical, efficient and integrated system of programs, schedules and budgets, establish within company policies and procedure limits for planning the operation of the assigned shift of branch/operating unit.

b) Organizer >Develop and maintain an organization with sound structure, delegation and relationship that will ensure that the most work is done by fewest people at least cost and with the greatest satisfaction of the people doing the work.

c) Leader / Directing > Provide for logical decision – making and effective communication to select, retain, motivate and develop high performance from people who will be helped to make best use of their abilities.

d) Controlling >Develop and maintained accurate, timely controls based on performance standards, measurement, evaluation and correction, which will ensure that, authorized plans for the branch or units are accomplished.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

a) Perform general executive functions of all facets of the business, relative to operations, sales and marketing, finance and human resources.

b) Executes marketing, sales and operational activities, producing result that meet or exceed the hotel’s business plan.

c) Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances.

d) Review operating budgets and revenue reports; Analyze performance against goals, budgets and other objectives, and compare them with actual results.

e) Monitor the execution of business and operating plans to ensure that sales potential and maximum profitability are met.

f) Prepare overall budget, schedule expenditure and monitor budget assignments for all departments through strategic analysis and prudent approval, ensure compliance to financial policies and goals; Develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company’s targets.

g) Direct corporate long-range planning and program development to ensure alignment to the general direction and financial targets set by the shareholders.

h) Determine operational strategies, and lead the effort to improve to operational efficiency, quality standards and customer satisfaction.

i) Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.

j) Monitor the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction system and financial reports.

k) Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints hence, initiate corrective action.

l) Develop the staff through creation of development plans, coaching/counseling and monitoring of KPIs.

m) Establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations.

n) Monitor employee productivity, performance review, best utilization and planning of staff resources, and awareness and responsiveness to employee morale problems. Promote positive climate of staff relations

o) Ensure that the Company policies and procedures are communicated, understood, achieved and maintained by hotel staff.

p) Ensure adherence to several legislation in relation to fire, hygiene, environment, national and LGU laws and requirements. Understands the government regulations affecting hotel’s operations, ensuring hotel is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements at any city or municipal city.

q) Foster good relations with members of immediate community where the Hotel/Resort is situated know who may influence or have impact on Hotel/Resort operations and activities.

r) Establish and maintain applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel.

s) Help build a consistent values-based organizational culture that values the contribution of the individual as well as the team.

t) Monitor present and future trends, practices, and system in the hospitality/service industries.
