I was the team subject matter expert for mechanical, fire detection, fire protection, and security projects. In that capacity I prepared the scope of work (SOW) and government cost estimate (GCE) to initiate the funding process for numerous projects under my areas of expertise. I analyzed proposals received on his projects and then produced technical evaluations (TE) of them that included a recommendation of whether or not the government should approve them. Once a project was funded I would monitor the progress and represented the government from design through construction to project close out. I would document these projects in the two databases, SAP and Archibus, required by NRO ADF-E.

My current duties and tasks are to work with the engineers and designers in FAC-1B to create and revised current As-built and existing design files and drawings in the “Vault files” to the correct CAD standards, layer levels and current conditions and layouts within DIA Headquarter. I am accomplishing this task by conducting site surveys of the modules within DIA Headquarter. I would accomplish this survey by doing a visual account of the space base on a current floor plan of the area and take measurements to assure accuracy. Update or revised changes not capture on plans, such as wall thickness, walls that rise to concrete ceiling or just stop at drop ceiling. Check furniture layout and revised drawing to suit current layout. I have been ask to also take on the task of space planning, I am doing my previous task of working on miscellaneous requests from various client for concept designs to revise space base on their request and provide a package that will show that concept along with a cost estimate of that project for approval to be done.
