Handled successful transition of the HMO and GTLI program for Deployed on Week 1 of employment.

Introduced the Monthly Client Update Report as an HR reporting tool for Deployed for all 28 clients for better HR planning.

Put up the HR structure and process for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit for TVShop which was used as the model template for the HR structure for the regional offices in Vietnam and Thailand.
