Lead a global release management and QA team, use Jira, confluence and Github to manage Agile release process, coordinating and gate keeping for over 15 different product lines which covers on-perm, cloud service and SDK releases across 4 engineering offices.
Design and implement suitable release process based on various product delivery cycle and development team capability. Leverage TeamCity, ESX server and automation scripts to keep track and make sure on time releases with great quality. I frequently meet with the engineering team regarding to the development progress and release candidate readiness. Stay on top and help smooth out any technical or operational blockers which may impact release schedule.
