Crew Leader/Driver Nola Foreclosure Clean Up LLC. Kenner My responsibilities and duties were to initiate and complete all initial services, winterizations, clean outs, maintenance and any other duty to make a property real estate market ready for an asset management company. I am in charge of four crews, managing schedules, employee relations and worked side by side with the quality control technician in ensuring superior work to pass inspections. I delivered all photos and documentation through an in-house software for billing and invoice purposes. Along with the mentioned duties, I was also responsible for driving all crew members and picking up and delivering materials to different locations as needed for completion. I drove a company box truck with an automatic lift for all company driving needs. 2007 - 2011

Warehouse Manager/Driver Payless Siding & Repairs Metairie My responsibilities were to stock all equipment and inventory. Also, I was head of tracking shipments and deliveries, managing laborers to unload and reload trucks. I often made deliveries to job sites and set up the material and equipment for the siding mechanics. I was promoted shortly after employment began to warehouse manager leading 4 employees and parts service.

Manager/ Sales Rep Gold Rush Gold Shop LLC. Metairie My position at this establishment was a sales representative and quickly escalated to a management position. I received a 30-hour training course on testing and purchasing precious metals and diamonds. I learned the stock markets influence on the price of precious metals and excelled at price negotiation with customers. I had the highest profit under the owner. I integrated a filing system to coincide with the sheriff’s office that governed the laws of the business. I was expected to over-see other employees where following proper policy with moneys in the store, reporting transactions to the police, customer services, opening and closing the store, and work scheduling and any customer services issue that needed immediate attention
