Senior Portfolio Manager in Commercial Middle Market – Vice President (9/18 – Present)

Senior Portfolio Manager that reports to the Chief Regional Credit Officer (CRCO) and partner with Relationship Managers (RM’s) as a senior member of the underwriting team to support loan origination, portfolio monitoring and growth. Key responsibilities include:

Determine account monitoring needs working with the RM’s during underwriting process.

Maintains the credit monitor tracker(s) including all ongoing monitoring requirement and compliance with all terms of the loan agreement (i.e. covenants, borrowing base availability, insurance, and third-party reports).

In coordination with the business teams, maintains direct contact with clients as needed for collecting information or advancing new loan requests of existing clients.

Validate and analyzes reports such as CFE’s, appraisals, engineering reports, financials, borrowing base etc. to determine whether the account complies with covenants, loan to value, advance rates, budgets etc. Issues and files credit monitoring reports at required intervals.
