.Responsible for the manufacturing of 230,000 units (commemorative rings) annually with a lead-time of 3 weeks (from customer order to shipping).

Implemented shoot & servo process and generic set up to reduce time in settings. Improve efficiency up to 20% and reducing scrap by 40 % in our CNC machines. (Total annual savings of 96,000 DLLS.)

Controlling main parameters as man-hours, units, first past yield, total cycle time, WIP, lates etc.
