Center of Advanced Research in Electrified Transportation (INDIA)
Fabricated a modular, liquid-cooled, prismatic LIB thermal management system.
Used carbon nanotubes to increase thermal conductivity of coolant by 12%. Designed a meshed top plate to provide uniform flow, minimize temperature gradient and heat localization inside module and verified using ANSYS.
Modelled electrical and physical system interface specifications in Simscape. Specified performance matrices and wrote procedures for testing using multimeters, K-type thermistors, OMEGA DAQ, valves and pump. PROJECTS Model-Based Development of Adaptive Driver Assistance Embedded System.
Development and hardware validation of 7 sub-model based integrated vehicle control system. Verified algorithm by implementing test scenario.
