1.BUSINESS HEAD SALES & MARKETING-REAL ESTATE (2013-2016)

Handled a large sales team comprising of General Manager,Assistant General Manager, Managers Talent Acquisition Manager Product training Manager,Site Visit executive & Office Coordinator Established a large network of dealers /Brokers & also promoted individual sales .Conducted product training for sales team to equip them to face sales challenges from competitors .In order to facilitate pitching of sales,extended support by way of conducting F2F meetings with the prospective Customers Participated in Real Estate exhibitions & deployed sales teams on the counter for briefing the customers about company product,quality,design,Architecture, construction Contractor& Brand Testimony.

A Daily Report System of monitoring & supervising performance of sales team was introduced whereby daily reports were called for to evaluate frequency of customer visits, conduct of F2F meetings, conduct of site visits, building of prospective customer data funnel & segregating cold & hot calls. Emphasis was made on maximizing conversion into sales .Services of SMS & cold calling was also introduced to pick up the right customers for pitching sales.

Product Training Manager was attending to Power Point Presentation to the customers who were visiting company office .After Power presentation the customer were taken to site visits to have a feel of the project & to form opinion for investing in the project.

The sale team performance was excellent throughout & it was recognized by none other than MD /JMD of the company by way of promotion, incentives, Trophy, Memento, awards & appreciation.

Worked as Branch Manager NBFCs Gold Loan for 3 years.

The main achievement in Gold Loan was a clean record of gold pledge with no spurious case & excellent recovery performance.
