OBJECTIVE
To seek for an employment in oil & gas, LNG refineries and petrochemical plants that will augment and apply my knowledge, skills and abilities for the benefit of myself and for the company as well in the field of industrial instrumentation and process analyzers.
SUMMARY OF SKILLS AND ABILITIES
●Ten (10) ten years of wide variety experience as an instrument analyzer technician in the construction, commissioning and general maintenance of oil & gas refineries and petrochemical plants in local and overseas.
●Thorough knowledge in the fundamentals, principles, practices and equipments associated with the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, commissioning, start-up and general maintenance of all various types of industrial instrumentation and process analyzers.
●Experience in planned routine maintenance and unplanned maintenance in the form of troubleshooting, fault finding, failure analysis and problem solving. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program. Skills in installing, calibrating, operating, troubleshooting and repairing field instrumentation and process analyzer equipments.
●Experience in operating, troubleshooting, validating and calibrating process gas chromatographs by ABB PGC2000, MMI and GC Portal preferably in Siemens MAXUM Edition II Gas Process Gas Chromatographs and MON2000 software program for Daniel Analyzer Gas Chromatograph Model 700.
●Able to calibration of pressure transmitter flow transmitter, temperature transmitter and level transmitter.
●Able to use different kinds of handheld calibration equipments and programming software used for checking and calibration of various microprocessor-based instruments in the plant.
●Able to understand different kinds of sample conditioning systems and its components and functions.
●Support shutdown and start-up maintenance jobs of all the industrial instrumentation and process analyzer equipments.
●Able to prepare, install and remove Alarm Shelving Override to minimize the alarm while doing the specific job.
●Able to do documentation works, prepare test reports daily production/progress reports, inspection report, preparation and completion of functional check sheets for pre – commissioning, commissioning and maintenance activities.
●Analytical, quantitative, testing, commissioning and systems troubleshooting skills.
●Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
●Flexible, can adapt immediately to assigned related jobs or changes in work condition.
●Good understanding on industrial safety, job safety analysis, lifesaving rules, permit to work procedure and environmental protection.
●Ability to be on call.

Responsible for spare parts and procedure review for all the analyzers and modification of sampling systems with recurring problems. Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintaining on-line measurement while continuously correlating the analyzers. Support shutdown and startup maintenance. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report activities.

Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintaining on-line measurement while continuously correlating the analyzers against the Laboratory or Specialised Testing Standards like test gases etc. Attend on-call jobs as per the request of the operations.
