Shift Incharge

Handling operation and maintenance of Rolling Mill Utility :

oHigh pressure horizontal split casing centrifugal pumps having flow of 4300 m3/hr. make Mather Platt.

oheavy capacity of cross flow cooling tower having capacity of 15600m3/hr

ooil skimmers having an oil collector tube and gear box and sludge scrapper having gear box in settling tank and Scale pit.

oTrouble shooting monitoring general checking & oil replacement, preventive maintenance and maintenance of suction valve and discharge valve, MOV, NRV, silencer and suction filter of blower etc.

oNozzle replacement, General check of fan gear, Nozzle & Plate replacement of Cooling Tower.

oSeal and Gland packing replacement and all type of Valves Servicing (Butterfly, Gate, Globe, Diaphragm, Ball valves).

oChanging Backlash checking Gear boxes of Gear Box (Worm reduction gear boxes, Bevel gear boxes, spur gear Box)
