Findings include higher SGA & CGS decreased profit margin; improvement in operation, assets control, lowering risk, etc.

Used Merge & Acquisition models, combining cross-border data with non-quantifiable issues
Determined key variables and operating potential with the goal of driving revenue and searching for break-through, e.g. Revenue Synergies of 2% and Operating Margin of 20% in next ten years, etc.
Paccar New Technology Project Decision Performance Measure
Helped to make decision on buying or building technology for major lines of trucks to maximize return and limit risks
