Designed and led a team of developers to code and implement the foundation of the current Integrated Customer System (ICS) mainframe architecture.

Technical lead on very large scale conversions of the IDMS based Customer Account System to a DB2 based ICS System.

Technical lead on numerous, high visibility batch and online projects with $1,000,000+ budgets. Participated in all phases of the project life cycle:

Worked with the business to understand functional needs. Created and obtained approval on very detailed requirements lists.

Designed the technical solution to satisfy the business need. Composed, presented and obtained approval for very detailed system design documentation.

Led a team of onshore and offshore developers to ensure the proper and accurate construction of all software components.

Coordinated the software migration to various testing environments for DIT, SIT and UAT testing.

Assisted the SIT and UAT QA testers in creating, reviewing, obtaining approval and executing complex test plans using waterfall and agile project lifecycle methodologies.

Responded to and resolved incidents raised in Quality Center in a timely and accurate manner.

Oversaw the software migration to production which included coordinating and assisting the business with the production verification process.

Served many times as the ICS quarterly release coordinator. These releases typically involve 100+ mainframe and XML parsing components and require extensive coordination with production implementation groups, external systems consumers, SIT and UAT testers and the business users.

Served as the design review board facilitator for several years. All ICS projects must be presented at and approved by the ICS design review board.

Facilitated the ICS manager / technical lead meeting where application wide technical and functional subjects are discussed.
