With my extensive management background in the printing trade from press operator, bindery tech, equipment installations & maintenance, production management, plant management, quality control and much more. As a strong leader with detailed organization and lean manufacturing skills, meeting the requirements of strict deadlines, quality control and consistent direction of staff are just a few key elements of what I can bring to the table. I’m extremely mechanically inclined and have the ability to see into any problem that may arise to systematically resolve the issue so that production can move on as required. I can lead a large or small staff and have the ability to make those non-popular decisions as a manager should. Additionally I’m proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel & Word as well as many other programs and can learn new applications quickly. I am also very skilled in computer and hardware – systems. Additionally I have a strong background in job fulfillment, logistics and end quality assessment before moving the product out the door. Also I understand the importance of plant safety and how that affects the company as a whole - meeting OSHA requirements and inspections. My knowledge of the printing trade is extensive with a large background in equipment operations and management. My key background is with Offset – both web and sheet-fed. I had some exposure with Flexo but not extensive. I adapt very quickly to changes in technology and procedures. My ability to work with people and solve problems is a strong quality of mine.
