Professional Experience and Responsibilities:-
Routine accounting activities
- Supervised accounting records and prepared timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting & financial analysis. Also handled internal and external audits and prepared their requirements for smooth completion of audits.
- Daily monitoring & posting of routine business transactions of company prepared by accountant related to Accounts Payable, Receivables, Inventory Control, Order Entry, Purchase Order, Asset management & General Ledger. - Day to day Control on Revenue & Expenditures, Control on Clients Invoicing & collection thereof and ensure timely payments to Suppliers.

Reporting and monitoring
- Reporting Daily Bank Position Reports to Finance Manager.
- Updating online projects (Customer) status report needed by banks.
- Monitoring inventory activities from purchase requisition to final delivery.
- Prepared adhoc reports for Management and Financial Analyst to analyze business performance.
- Comparison of actual results with the budgeted figures and making variance analysis.
- Participated in developing and prescribing accounting and reporting principles and practices which are sound and conform to International Accounting Standards and IFRS.
- Assisting finance manager in Consolidation of Balance sheets & Income Statements for group companies.
- Assisting finance manager to prepare documents for contract bidding.
Tax and compliance
- Responsible to submit Value Added Taxes (VAT) return.
- Assist Finance Manager for preparation of zakat Calculation and Classification of Accounts.
