Worked as an engineer in MVS ACMEI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. For GVK POWER PLANT 270 2 MW, Goindwal sahib in Punjab. Since Dec-2017 to jan-2019.

WORK SUMMARY:

The complete Vibration Data Collection, Monitoring & Analysis of all rotating equipments such as Steam Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Fans, Motors, Blowers, Gear boxes,Conveyors etc.

Doing all Vibration Analysis, Phase analysis using Pruftechnik Vibexpert I &II. The analysis part includes in Time waveform, FFT Spectrum etc.

Regularly reviews Vibration data for assigned machines and generates reports and triggers necessary actions. .

Reports are generated on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis of around 500 rotary Equipments.

Laser alignment and Balancing by PRUFTECHNIK ROTOALIGN and EASY LASER Equipment.

Inspection & testing of overhauled & new equipment commissioned/modified.

I have basics the Thermography and oil analysis.

To prepare master inspection plan for equipment overhaul of unit.

Schedule for planned preventive maintenance.

Re-schedule the maintenance activities to give priority to major issues including break down maintenance.

Ensure optimization of the inventory costs by exploring and initiation to the possibilities of developing indigenous spare there by reducing the cost for purchase of spares.

Incorporating all the maintenance plan in the MM module of SAP and utilize the CMMS facilities identifying and planning for spares and consumables requirement and to generate the purchase requests and inspect the material for the same.

Erection and commissioning of new projects.

Developing of alternate vendors for spares and service optimization of service cost by developing in-house capabilities.

Responsible for safe plant operation, trouble shooting and emergency supply restoring.
