Spillway-dam, of concrete faced rock-fill dam, CFRD, of 34 meters high; intake for 222 m3/s; 6 sediment trap. Conduction tunnel of 24.8 Km with 9.10 m diameter, excavate with TBM. Compensation reservoir with a concrete faced rock-fill dam, CFRD, of 50.0 meters high. Two penstocks of 1400 meters length and 5.80 meters of diameter. Power House of 26x50x192 meters, with 8 sets of turbine-generator, with 1500 MW total. Included the construction inspection of 6 camps of 60,000 m2, with bedrooms, offices, restaurants, hospitals, etc. Construction cost is USD $ 2000 000,000.

March 2009- June 2011, ENERGYHDINE, Managed the consulting contract for the Rio Luis Hydroelectric Project Construction Design, Run-of the-river Project included: 17 m high concrete dam; 2,200 m long tunnel 2.8 x 2.9m, 3200 m steel pipe of 1.5 m diameter, surge shaft 3.0 m diameter, penstock and powerhouse with capacity of 15 MW. Responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, quantity and specifications for pre-bid package.Construction cost US$ 31 600,000.
Managed the consulting contract for the Rio Luis II, Hydroelectric Project Inventory Design, Run-of the-river Project included two intakes, in Luis and Amarillo Rivers: 9,5 m high concrete dam in the Amarillo River; 6691 m long tunnel-channel, 3656 m steel pipe of 2,2 m diameter penstock and powerhouse with capacity of 21,5 MW. Construction cost US$ 35 866,000.
