Lehigh Hanson (PMO) 10/2014-12/2015

Program Manager- B2B E-Commerce

SOW 3 (consultant through Teksystems)

Short term assignment focused on re-planning and expediting the cut-over and migration of the Lehigh Hanson building supplies payroll system to the cloud prior to Dec 31, 2015. Re-planned cut-over and migration tasks and timeline with both vendors (Wipro and Kronos) and LH corporate IT using MS Project.

Implemented Daily stand-up meetings, and an issue tracker log. Worked with Forterra legal and executive management team to resolve vendor stop work notice. Expedited and managed the cut-over of the Kronos time-clocks and payroll HR software from Lehigh Hanson Corporate’s IT systems/network to Forterra’s.

Successfully migrated the Kronos timeclocks and timekeeping system to the cloud, inclusive of the transfer of the existing data from the Lehigh Hanson Corporate payroll and PeopleSoft HR systems to the cloud version of the Forterra payroll and HR system prior to the Dec 31, 2015 deadline.

SOW 1 & 2 (consultant through Akorbi and then Insource Group)

Program Management of the implementation of a Business to Business (B2B) E commerce portal for Lehigh Hanson US and Canada.

Program entailed the development of both a web and Android mobile/tablet customer order entry, invoicing, and payment system for Lehigh Hanson Cement and Materials products utilizing the Insite Portal platform.

New portal included: creation and testing of a Merchandising Catalog and associated pricing via a custom API using inventory data contained in SAP and Endeca; customization and testing of the shopping cart functionality contained in the Insite Portal platform; and development and testing of a custom API to retrieve invoices in SAP.

New portal required coordination and participation at various project phases across multiple business units including: accounts receivable; cement truck GPS vendors; Accounting; Facilities; Manufacturing; Sales.

Facilitated, created and maintained: project plan and timeline with offshore and onshore project team; management of the Dev and QA vendor SOW; review and approval for payment of vendor invoices; management of project resource plan; and all internal project management governance activities/requirements with the following teams: legal, marketing, training, security, project sponsor, IT architect, IT dev. teams, Infrastructure, and QA teams. Program Management of a portfolio of mobile and tablet transformation projects for Barclays Investment Bank (UK and US). Projects were to move existing institutional investment bank applications from the existing desktop versions to mobile and tablet versions for both iOS (Apple iTunes Store) and Android OS (Google Play Store).

Program entailed the development of both Android and iOS mobile/tablet customer facing multi-factor authentication; product search; trade order entry; and trade execution/confirmation for Barclay’s London and US Investment Bank Division.

New portal included: creation and testing of a Merchandising Catalog of stocks/bonds/EFT’s and associated pricing via a custom API; customization and testing of the shopping cart functionality on both Android and iOS; development of enhanced security for SSO login on mobile devices; creation/testing of a custom API to execute a trade and receive a trade confirmation; and testing/approval with Apple for deployment on the iTunes store.
