The current contract had increasing cost, which was lowering profitability due to high employee turnover and employee errors
Performed research and interviews with officers to determine the causes of the high turnover rates and errors
Found that poor corporate communication with the officers was the leading cause to low employee morale and a contributor to the error rates and increased costs on the contract
Presented project findings to Contract Leads and helped implement a new standardized communication process, which decreased employee turnover, employee mistakes, thus increasing the profitability of the contact
Created a standardized communication template for all management will use, leading to a substantial decrease in miscommunication and an overall increase in its efficiency

Performed a statistical study of the demographics and geographical locations in North Carolina and their correlation with smoking patterns within the populous
