I worked in Jordan, U.A.E., and remote follow up for (Erbil/Iraq) in different projects (skeleton, MEP, Finishing & ID works) from the concept design till closing out for many projects:

-Project management Certificate (PMP) from Jordan Engineering Association.

-Excellent knowledge in planning software (P6, P5, P3, M.S. & P3e).
-Good Knowledge in (AutoCAD, Power Point, and Microsoft Excel).
a.Claims Management: Schedule claims (EOT) according to the FIDIC 99 (Clauses 1.9 and 20.1)
& evaluating of time extension Claims by scenario method and/or impact analysis.
b.Follow up the site activities, Engineering activities and design requirements.

-Support the project team when required and give appropriate planning's advice or Proposed corrective actions or to push the work.
-Follow up the engineering activities such as NCR, S.D. approval, RFI & procurement to ensure that they will be closed in a timely manner.

g.Preparing the look ahead schedule in coordination with the P.M.
h.Prepare Monthly reports, weekly reports & internal reports to the staff/Directors.
i.Earned Value method: Applying indexes to measure progress, such as, EV, SPI, and CPI.
j.Check the Contractor's program or the updates and the Contractor's reports.
k.Presentation: Preparing very good presentation for the client/Directors by "PowerPoint" program to explain our Planning's Purposes.
l.Productivity rates: Aware of the productivity rates for manpower and equipments based on
