I was most recently employed through XPO Logistics, Inc. in the Mailroom of the Administrative Services Department. My position was a Customer Service Representative. My responsibilities included the reconciling of inventory and invoices. I am responsible for stocking of copy/ work rooms, break areas and linen for all departments. I also order inventory and supplies when necessary. I prepare destination cards for Monday’s truck mail, sort, slot and pull mail bags, and prepare US Mail for daily pick up. It is also my responsibility to print envelopes and ship customer packages FedEx daily, per customer request. I make sure to log in all incoming deliveries on our daily delivery log, to ensure accurate and prompt delivery throughout the departments. That includes, FedEx, UPS, as well as United States Postal Mail. Incoming as well as outgoing preparation.
