DESIGN PROJECT:

Title: “Planning, Designing and Analyzing Grain storage Structure”

Description: Grain storage, defined here, are facilities that provide a proper environment for the purpose of storing grains and seeds that require protection from the elements. Grain storage structure must be designed to accommodate the loads of the grains to be stored, the associated handling equipment, the receiving and shipping operations and associated trucking, and the needs of the operating personnel.

MAIN PROJECT

Title: ‘Experimental investigation of high strength SCC by using partial replacement of quartz sand and marble sludge powder’

Description: High strength Self-compacting concrete (HSSCC) is a stable and cohesive high consistency concrete mix with enhanced filling ability properties that reduce the need for mechanical compaction. Day by day due to scarcity of raw materials for concrete there is a need to find the alternate solution for conserving raw materials by using alternate materials. The use of quartz sand as replacement for sand is an economical solution for making the concrete .This experiment aims to focus strength of high strength self-compacting concrete made with industrial wastes, i.e., marble sludge powder (MSP) and quartz sand (QS).. The main purpose of this experiment the optimum percentage of replacement of quartz sand and marble powder in order to obtain high strength.
