I have been a Construction Manager for over 40 years in the Construction Industry with vast field and management experience. I have managed highway projects to multiple building projects. Over the last 20 years I have focused on educational construction in the cities of El Monte, South El Monte, Rosemead, Pasadena, Monterey Park, and Glendale. Professional Experience:

ALSALEH PROJECT MANAGEMENT (APM), INC. (2004-2019) Role: Construction Manager

Provide technical and engineering support to the owner teams.

Provided training as needed.

Manage, direct, and coordinate with program management office, staff, contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and consultants.

Participate in, and occasionally conduct, design/construction meetings.

o El Monte City School District New Professional Training Center/Boardroom Project. Involved in bidding process, demolition, plan review, and quality control. District wide electrical transformer upgrades. Installation of new marquee signs, security systems, and shed structures throughout district. Project Cost: $14 million.

o El Monte City School District Durfee Elementary School-Phase II Project. New administrative facility with included multi-purpose auditorium and industrial kitchen. Interior classroom renovations with HVAC upgrades to split systems. Woodshop and multipurpose room demolished. Upgraded fitness room and gym. Bungalow relocated to another campus. Project Cost: $14.3 million.

o Pasadena Unified School District Project. Parking lost repaved. Upgraded lighting. Project Cost: $350,000.

o Glendale Unified School District Project. Multiple classroom renovations throughout district. Project Cost: $1 million.
