Provides extensive advice and recommendations to management in the areas of personnel security, space allocation, strategic planning, compliance management, administrative processes, and resources forecasting. Assumed primary responsibility for the Telework reporting initiative; submitting quarterly Tele-work reporting documents, accurately and timely. Led the conceptualization and design of a template to serve as the methodology for the creation of all IAAs from the development stage to full closeout and invoicing.
